[ So, for some reason, Reala is back in the time period of 10 years in the future, meaning there's a whole lot of weird customs happening.

In particular, if you happen to wander into the temple, you'll be able to witness birth! Or rather, a ceremony for it. Don't worry, it's not graphic — in fact, all it involves is a flash of light, and suddenly the priest is holding the child, the couple standing in front of him, with a crowd of decent size behind them. The priest will then begin to speak, giving the child the name "J-463" and declaring to the parents that they can receive the child after three years.

Fantastic, right? Surely you must have something to say about this.

While this happens, Reala stands quietly in the back, as though she's an onlooker, though her expression shows that she's not really paying attention to anything happening in front of her. Instead, she's deep in thought, trying to figure out why she's ended up here in the first place, and also worried about why she's not with Kyle. ]

[ For mysterious roleplay reasons, Reala is separated from her friends and also trying to find her way through this forest. Though there's one problem — the only way out is blocked by a huge amount of poisonous vines that can't be touched, and she needs a way to burn them down. Small amounts of fire don't work, and instead they need something more powerful that can heat them up to a high temperature. So unless you have some sort of high power fire abilities, it's time to go in search of something highly combustible. ]

I have to figure this out so I can find Kyle ...

[ And thus, she turns around, her goal clear in her mind, before she notices someone else here. ]

[Camp! Camp is a thing often enough, and with Kyle and Loni snoring away, that mostly leaves the two of them awake...which Judas isn't even entirely sure is necessary. He's probably going to be awake for most of the night anyway, so--]

But it feels like you're always the one keeping watch. [ Obviously not always, since he'd be stupidly sleep deprived if he did it every night, but it feels like he does it way more often than anyone else. ]

[ Whether that means giving him some time to sleep or just keeping him company. After all, Judas' bones are made of glass and his skin is paper. He could use the rest. ]

[He happens to like his brooding alonetime where he talks with his sword pal who is his only friend, okay!! Though it's true that he's generally exhausted and he probably really needs to get some sleep at some point. That has never stopped Judas before!!

That said, Reala is actually one whose presence doesn't generally bother him, and if this is what she wants to do, it's probably for the better--Kyle and Loni should really be learning from her example.

Still, he ducks actually answering by answering with a question, instead.]

[there's double good(?) news here.

the first is that the person she's coming across absolutely as plenty of firepower on his side.

the second is that the person she comes across definitely. is not kyle, but sure looks like him. older by just a few years—definitely not the age he should be in order to be a fifteen-year-old's dad. but the resemblance is entirely too uncanny.

he does look a bit surprised at the sudden company, since he'd been trying to decide which path to take before cutting through the vines with a blazing bakuenken. but he doesn't get a chance to do that, whipping his head (and hair) around to look at reala. it's clear the name kyle doesn't ring any bells (or maybe he just didn't hear her?)]

[ Him recognizing the name Kyle is the least of her concerns considering he's supposed to be dead and all. Having a hero like him right there out of the blue is kind of shocking and she's not sure how to respond at first as she processes the situation.

Maybe it shows a little in how shocked and at a loss for words she is.

Whatever's going on here, it'd probably be best to keep things ... normal, until she can figure things out. So that means no questioning why he's here or alive or whatever else. ]
