[ Sora doesn't expect him to believe he belongs right away. This is Riku's problem to work out and Sora can only say his piece — and if believing in him helps him for now, then that's just what Sora's going to do. The best thing he can do is continue to support his best friend and believe in him to work things out for himself.
He glances over at Riku's Keyblade when he summons it, before smiling at his words. ]
Yeah. That's the Riku I know. [ A small nod. ] You can't let your thoughts stop you from doing the things you wanna do.
[ And just that act — Riku deciding to protect those precious to him despite his feelings — proves to Sora that he has plenty of strength within him. Even if their inner strength manifests itself in different ways, he knows it's there. He's never doubted it, really. ]
